Refund policy

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 30 Days after Receipt of Merchandise.

Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable. For international orders, duties and import taxes paid on the original order are also not refundable.

  • For returns coming from Puerto Rico, APO addresses, or outside of the U.S., prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

  • Please apply the label to your return package, include a copy of your packing slip, and drop off at any authorized FedEx location. If using the prepaid label, $8.95  will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return postage. U.S. Customers: If you are exchanging merchandise, return shipping and shipping of the exchange item are free. If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we also waive the return postage cost.

  • If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

Please allow 14 days for us to process exchanges and credits after we have received the return shipment in our warehouse.

Note: We are not responsible for returned packages that are not delivered to our returns warehouse. When returning international packages, make sure to mark it as "Returned Goods" on the Customs Declaration Form, and state "Return" clearly on the package description. If this is not done and customs requires an import fee, we will not accept the return.


On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.
This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.
If a VISA, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.
