HOW TO MEASURE FOR SIZE:
Neck For collar size, measure around your neck, keeping two fingers between the measuring tape and your neck.
Chest (Use for suit or jacket size) Measure over a shirt. Tape should be up under arms and straight across the shoulder blades
Sleeve With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back, directly below the neck, across the shoulders and elbow to the wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length.
Waist Measure over your shirt at the point your slacks are normally worn.
Outseam Lay a pair of good fitting slacks flat across a hard surface. Measure from top of waistband to the bottom hem of the slacks along the outside seam.

We ship all orders within one business day of receipt and orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the state in which you live. If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. Our delivery charges are listed below.Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped Priority Mail.

Return/Exchange Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are dissatisfied for any reason and would like a refund or exchange, simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send to: Westport Big and Tall, Attn: Returns, 1034 Windward Ridge Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA, 30005-3992. Send your package via USPS, UPS, or any other insured carrier. Please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Allow 14 days for us to receive and process returns and credits.

International Orders

Because of the increased risk of fraudulent orders, Westport Big and Tall may require faxed copies of your credit card and/or driver's licenses on the first international order you place. This protects us from fraud and enables us to continue shipping internationally in the future.

International orders are shipped by UPS International and the costs associated with this shipping method will be passed on to you. In addition, Westport Big and Tall is not responsible for import taxes/charges that may be levied upon arrival in your country.

Redeeming Gift Certificates Online

You can redeem Westport Big & Tall gift certificates easily online. Simply continue the checkout process as normal and on the Payment Information page, there will be a section there for you to enter in your gift certificate number and amount. Any remaining balance not used up by the gift certificate will be mailed back to you in the form of a check. When entering in Gift Certificate numbers, please remember to input the entire number on your gift certificate including any zeros.
