We ship all orders within one business day of receipt and orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time will ship within 24 hours. You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the state in which you live. If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. New, defective, and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 90 days after the date of purchase. Simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send to: Westport Big and Tall, Attn: Returns, 1034 Windward Ridge Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA, 30005-3992. Send package via USPS, UPS, or any other insured carrier. Please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. You may also return your package using the prepaid return label enclosed with your order. We will deduct $5.95 from your refund to cover shipping charges. If, however, you are making an exchange, shipping is on us. (We will not deduct $5.95 or charge shipping on your new item). Allow 14 days for us to receive and process returns and credits.
Please note: Refunds on orders paid by money order will be in the form of store credit.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

Westport Big & Tall has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. You can redeem Westport Big & Tall gift certificates easily online. Simply continue the checkout process as normal and on the Payment Information page, there will be a section there for you to enter in your gift certificate number and amount. Any remaining balance not used up by the gift certificate will be mailed back to you in the form of a check. When entering in Gift Certificate numbers, please remember to input the entire number on your gift certificate including any zeros.
